Up For Air
Instead of turning my ECS Talk into an ECS Transactions Paper, I’m writing this. ECST is supposed to be a fast turnaround, web-centric (though print issues exist) easy access journal for conference papers. Yet it took them 6 months to web publish a paper that had no corrections, and you have to pay to get the article, even if on the Berkeley campus.
I’ll wait and polish and submit to the real J-ECS.
